By accessing or using the Waffle service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Waffle provides AI-powered performance coaches created by or with participating creators. These coaches use methods, materials, and other content that the creator has supplied or authorized to help users prepare decisions, take structured action, check in, reflect, and stay accountable. Coach responses are generated by artificial intelligence; they are not live messages from the creator and do not guarantee any particular outcome. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Waffle reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Waffle retains all rights to the Waffle platform, including its software, technology, brand, and platform content. Creators retain their rights in the methods, materials, name, likeness, voice, and other content they provide, and grant Waffle the permissions needed to host, process, and use that content to provide and improve their authorized coaches, subject to any separate agreement with Waffle.
You retain any rights you have in content you submit and grant Waffle the permissions needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service. Conversations with AI coaches may be stored to provide conversation history, operate and improve the Service, and support safety, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the Service to:
AI coach responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Although a coach is built around creator-authorized methods and content, the creator does not personally participate in every interaction, and generated responses should not be treated as the creator's own statements. The Service is for informational and educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating responses and deciding whether to act on them.
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Waffle does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses.
In no event shall Waffle be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
All payments for Waffle subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax on our behalf.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your subscription features until the end of the current billing period.
Waffle reserves the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided.
Refunds may be granted at Waffle's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. To request a refund, please contact us at founders@waffle.ai with your account details and reason for the request.
Any approved refunds will be processed by Paddle and returned to your original payment method.
